오늘은 본격적으로 한국이란 나라와 한국사회에 대한 이야기를 하는 첫 번째 글이 되겠네요.

This article is first story in earnest about the country and the society of Korea.

오늘 제가 여러분께 들려드릴 이야기는 한국의 취업난에 대한 것인데요.

Today story is about unemployment crisis in Korea.

전 세계적으로도 취업난, 특히 청년층이 직장을 구하고 자리를 잡는 것에 많은 어려움을 느끼고 있다는 소식은 어제 오늘의 일이 아닙니다.

The news which tells us that many people, especially for younger generation, feel difficult to get a job is not the newest.

그렇지만 그 중에서도 한국의 청년들이 겪고 있는 취업난은 심각한 수준인데요.

Above all, the unemployment crisis in Korea is in the critical level.

얼마 전 한국사회를 강타했던 중동호흡기증후군(메르스) 사태로 인해 7월 취업시장에도 냉기가 이어지면서 취업을 아예 포기하는 구직 단념자 수가 한달 새 5만명 가까이 늘었다는 소식입니다.

Because chilliness in market of employment in July continued due to state of MERS(Middle East Respiratory Syndrome) the number of job seeker who give up to get a job is with increase of nearly 50,000 people for a month.

지난 12일, 통계청이 발표한 ‘7월 고용동향’에 따르면 7월 구직단념자 수는 48만6700명으로 전월에 비해 4만6400명 증가했다고 합니다.

According to the Employment Survey in July issued on 12th by the national statistical office, the number of job seeker who give up to get a job is 486,700 people which is with increase of 46,400 people from the previous month.

특히 남성보다는 여성 구직 단념자 수 증가가 눈에 띄며 여성 구직 단념자 수는 21만4800명으로 통계집계 후 최대 수준을 기록했다고 하는데요.

Especially the increase of the number is more visible in female job seeker than male level, which the number is a 214,800 people of maximum level after carrying out the survey.

점점 심해지는 양극화와 청년층의 실업문제로 인해 한국사회의 근심은 깊어지고 있습니다.

The anxiety of korea society become deeper due to polarization and the problem of unemployment in younger generation which is getting worse.

전체 사회구성원이 국가라는 테두리 안에서 안정적인 생활을 통해 행복한 미래를 설계해 나아갈 수 있도록 사회 지도층이 더욱 더 노력하는 모습을 보여줘야 할 때가 아닌가 생각합니다.

This is the moment that the leading people of the society should try harder for the all member of the society to be able to design their own happy life and future within the limit of the country.
